Q1: About Samples
Yes, we are able to provide you free samples but the courier fee should be on your accound.

We are able to open a mould according to customer's requirements if needed.
Q4: About Lead Time
1) For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after we receive you deposit.
2) For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-15 days after we receive your deposit.
3) For products we never produced, the delivery time is within 25-30 days after we receive your deposit
