Equipment Description
The light radiation heating method is adopted to greatly improve the heating efficiency.
Infrared heating, fast heating speed, can achieve a heating speed of 55℃/min, improve production efficiency, shorten the cycle of finished products, the heating chamber adopts imported ceramic tubes, double-door design, the heating chamber tray is electrically lifted to load the products to be brazed, and the insulation chamber door is opened and closed electrically. After the heating process is completed, the door of the heat preservation chamber can be opened to realize rapid cooling.
The equipment is small in size, convenient, intuitive, and simple to operate. All operations are integrated on the touch screen, written in English, which is convenient for customers to read and operate. The furnace body is integrated, plug and play, and all accessories are fully integrated in the furnace body.
After the installation is completed before leaving the factory, the cooling water and pneumatic ports are reserved, when equipment is transported to the customer's factory. Connecting cooling water and compressed air, the equipment can run normally, saving a lot of equipment installation time and cost.
